Registered Dental Hygienist
Amy has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2011, and was a Certified Dental Assistant for three years prior to hygiene school. She graduated from Bellevue College and Lake Washington Technical College, in the greater Seattle area. After living in Utah, California, and most recently Seattle, she and her husband relocated to Phoenix in 2021 to be near family. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, exercising, traveling, shuffle dancing, interior design, reading, sports, and spending time with her husband and dog.
CRYSTAL
Orthodontic Technician/Dental Assistant
Crystal was born in Whiting Indiana. Crystal’s parents relocated to Arizona when she was 10 years old.
Crystal attended Alhambra High School, after graduating in 1993 she began the Dental Assisting program at Apollo College and graduated with honors in 1994. Crystal has been a chairside/Orthodontic assistant for 30 years. Crystal has worked aside Dr Choules for the past 19 years. Her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.
Outside the office. Crystal enjoys volunteering her time supporting our Veterans. Crystal also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Crystal loves to go camping and nature.
BRIEL
Registered Dental Hygienist
Since earning her dental hygiene degree in 2017, Briel has been dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients in the state she’s proud to call home. Known for her compassion and attention to detail, she strives to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience.
When Briel isn't helping patients achieve healthier smiles, she’s out enjoying life to the fullest. You might find her walking her dog, playing pickleball, tennis, basketball, or golf with her boyfriend, spending quality time with her niece and nephew, or unwinding by the beach.
Briel’s passion for dental hygiene goes beyond the chair—she’s committed to making every patient feel cared for, understood, and empowered in their oral health journey.
